The Black Belt Class
The Black Belt Class teaches all the required forms, movements and techniques, that students must learn in order to progress through the various belt levels. These levels are designated by color— white, yellow, blue, red, brown, and black. Students are tested at each level to ensure they have adequately learned all techniques required to achieve Black Belt status. To see our Rank Progression Syllabus, CLICK HERE.
Youth Classes
Youth Classes are exciting lessons designed for the unique needs of our younger martial art students. Ample attention is given each student based on their abilities, needs, and learning levels. Tremendous emphasis is placed on respect, dedication, hard work, and having fun while learning. Each lesson reinforces respect for one’s family, school, and country, as well as Kuk Sool. Safety, a priority in all classes, is a vital concern in the youth class.
Private Instruction
We also offer Private Instruction for youth or adults who want an individualized program. Private instruction may be appropriate when a student doesn't feel comfortable in a regular class or has physical limitations that may require special attention or modification of the movements. Most students who take private lessons are seeking direct, one-on-one instruction that provides more interaction with the teacher. Private lessons are usually more intense and faster-paced, and enable students to achieve more refined techniques. Of course, Private Instruction does come with an additional fee.
Self-Defense Classes
Self-defense classes focus on helping students learn to identify threatening situations and to develop the necessary skills to protect themselves from a physical attack. The training is also designed to help instill self-confidence, self-discipline, and the calm self-assurance that in a dangerous situation, you can often do more than you think you can.
FOR CHILDREN:
Youth Classes are exciting lessons designed for the unique needs of our younger martial art students. Ample attention is given each student based on their abilities, needs, and learning levels. Tremendous emphasis is placed on respect, dedication, hard work, and having fun while learning. Each lesson reinforces respect for one's family, school, and country, as well as martial arts. Safety, a priority in all classes, is a vital concern in the youth class.
Our Li’l Dragons class is an introduction to martial arts for younger children aged 5 or 6. As your child trains and matures, he/she will increase the skill to listen and pay attention, gaining a better understanding of the fundamentals of martial arts, and can eventually graduate into the regular Youth Classes.
Youth Classes are divided by rank and can be viewed in the chart below:

FOR ADULTS:
Most Americans lead very busy lives and as a result, never seem to find the time to do healthy things like get enough exercise. Even when they do, they rarely keep at it, simply because “going to the gym” is boring and gets old quick. This is why taking martial arts lessons is a GREAT alternative because you are constantly learning new things and new skills, so it never gets tedious or boring. And not only will the activity be a great means of working out, but it can relieve stress better than using a treadmill or stationary cycle, and the self-defense aspect shouldn’t be overlooked either.
What more can you ask for? Martial arts can provide a way to help shed any excess pounds, gain strength and endurance, increase your self-confidence, as well as enable you with the ability to protect yourself and your loved ones. It's the perfect alternative when it comes to choosing a physical activity.
